ABC57 First Warning Neighborhood Weather Forecast
Saturday, February 8, 2025
The system bringing mixed precipitation has moved into Michiana and will become more widespread as the evening progresses. A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for our Indiana counties until 11 PM tonight due to the ongoing mixed precipitation. Overnight temperatures are expected to drop into the 20s, potentially leading to icy road conditions. Ice accumulation is expected to remain minimal, around a tenth of an inch or less.
Southwest Michigan counties may see snow as the system moves through, with lake-effect snow possible overnight. Snow accumulation is expected to be light, around an inch or less. Conditions will clear by Sunday morning, with skies gradually brightening into the start of next week. Looking ahead, colder temperatures and the possibility of widespread snow showers are expected by midweek.
Tonight: Lingering snow showers. Low 25.
Sunday: Mostly cloudy. High 29.
Monday: Cold, sunny. High 32.
Tuesday: Chance for snow. Mostly cloudy. High 29.
