The ridge of high pressure across the central U.S. is still the primary motivator for our forecast through the middle of the week. A slight chance for a shower or thunderstorm exists today and tomorrow, but both days otherwise stay sunny and warm. Highs are in the mid 80s today are followed by lows in the mid 60s tonight amidst mostly clear skies. Temperatures on hump day muster their way to the low 90s with dewpoints surging to the 70s, warranting a heat advisory for our western counties in the second half of tomorrow. Thursday will feel even more tropical than Wednesday, eventually giving way to thunderstorms overnight and into early Friday morning. Several rounds of rain are likely from Friday through Saturday with the last of the wet weather tapering off early Sunday.
Today: Mostly sunny. High 85.
Tonight: Mostly clear. Low 64.
Wednesday: Mostly sunny. High 92.
Thursday: Partly cloudy. High 94.
