Motorcyclist injured after crashing while fleeing law enforcement

ABC 57 MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- The Marshall County Sheriff's Department reports deputies attempted to stop a sports bike on US 31 for traffic violations around 10:53 p.m. Monday.
The suspect was traveling north on US 31 when he fled from deputies.
The motorcyclist, later identified as 20-year-old Owen Shumaker, then crashed, sustaining injuries.
Charges will be filed with the Marshall County Prosecutors office.
