Elmore was sentenced to 60 years in Indiana Department of Corrections followed by five years of probation.
She was also fined $10,000 and ordered to pay $200 for the public defender.
She will also be enrolled in a mental health program and has jail credit of 216 days.

The boy's biological father, Franklin Elmore, also pleaded guilty to Murder on Oct. 9, 2025, and was sentenced to 55 years in Indiana Department of Corrections for Murder with an enhancement of 10 years for aggravating circumstances.
He was also fined $10,000 for court costs.
The Baugo Township Fire Department was called to a home in the 30000 block of C.R. 22 on Aug. 3, 2025, around 9 p.m. for a call regarding a 6-year-old boy being unconscious but still breathing after allegedly hitting himself in the head due to behavioral issues.
When investigators searched Franklin and Cheyenne's phones, they found dozens of photos and videos capturing the boy's abuse.
