"Man, I think everyone has the same feel. It's just the vibes, the July 4 weekend. This race has been held on this weekend for however long now and everyone comes out with a special red, white, blue gear," says Racer for Rockstar/Husqvarna Factory Racing Christian Craig.

Craig continues, "The fans show up, so I think this is one that everyone marks on the calendar of, of where to when to come to and watch either race it or watch it. So, it's exciting for sure."

Something that makes this partial race so special is that it holds claim to the largest attendance of any U.S. motocross race according to "MX-Sports".

"I think history has a lot of it the legacy that champions that have come through here. I think the amateur side is a lot of it is the grassroots and you're gonna see Chase Sexton riding tomorrow. He's been with us since he was on many bikes. So that's part of that legacy. You know, a lot of these guys came up through here," says Co-Owner of Redbud Motocross Track Amy Ritchie.

Ritchie continues, "The energy is unreal, I mean, the energy they bring to the event is a lot of what makes it special. It really is the fans, they're as big a part of it as we are."
