NILES, Mich. -- Niles Main Street announced Fri-Yay! is coming to downtown Niles Friday and the community is invited to soak up the summer vibes with a family-friendly celebration.

The event will include bubble stations throughout downtown, sidewalk chalk for creating masterpieces, a live DJ set from DJ Jor-El at The Niles Outdoor Downtown Experience, plus stickers and giveaways for kids and families.

“Our goal is to bring the community together in creative and joyful ways,” said Niles DDA Director, Lisa Croteau. “There’s nothing like seeing kids chase bubbles down Main Street while music plays in the background—it’s what summer in Niles is all about.”

Local businesses will be open during the event, so visitors have a chance to shop, dine, and enjoy what downtown has to offer.
