Newly renovated High Dive Tower to reopen Saturday

ELKHART, Ind. - Elkhart Parks and Recreation announced the grand reopening of the newly renovated High Dive Tower, taking place on Saturday, June 1, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Officials say the tower, described as an iconic Elkhart structure, is ready to welcome visitors again after months of careful restoration.

There will be a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the special occasion.

Guided tours will be available at the historic tower where you can admire the views of High Dive Park and the surrounding area.

Attendees will be able to meet and speak to members of the Parks Department about the renovation process.

Starting in June, guided tours will be available from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on the second and third Sundays of each month through Labor Day.

High Dive Park is located at 511 Baldwin St. in Elkhart.
