
MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- The Marshall County Sheriff's Department reports a deputy stopped a Ford Mustang on Oak Road south of Jefferson Street around 12:53 a.m. Sunday, after the vehicle failed to dim headlights.
The driver, identified as Austen Hayes of Plymouth, was found to have been drinking.
After field sobriety tests and a certified breath test, it was determined Hayes was intoxicated.
Hayes was then arrested for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated.
He was taken to the Marshall County Jail and given a court date.
Hayes was given a cash bond of $1500.
