Local health departments hosting back-to-school immunization clinics

The Indiana Department of Health is partnering with local health departments to host back-to-school immunization clinics this summer.

The Start Smart campaign provides a map showing the dates, times, and locations of local clinics.

Clinics are open to kids ages five and older.

Families will not be charged at the clinic but should provide insurance information if possible.

The Department of Health is also mailing notices to families of kids who are behind on required immunizations.
