Berrien County to receive $2.6M in Blight Elimination Program funding

ABC 57 BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. -- The Berrien County Finance Committee announced that the Michigan Land Bank Authority has awarded $2.6 million in Blight Elimination Program funding to the Berrien County Land Bank Authority to demolish the structures at 489 North Shore Dr. in Benton Harbor.
The address is the former home of Modern Plastics.
The finance committee has submitted a resolution that will be read and voted on at the Berrien County Commissioners' meeting on Thursday to accept the funding.
