ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- Indiana State House District 5 Democratic challenger Heidi Beidinger is calling out Republican incumbent Dale Devon for not answering her call for a debate.
When ABC57 News reached out to the St. Joseph Republican Party Chair to arrange a sit-down interview with Devon, we were told he was not interested.
"We want to be able to do a debate. I can't reach him. He's hiding from his record, which creates mistrust. And he's hiding from his record because it's extreme," said Beidinger during a sit-down interview.
