Another pleasant day
SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Traveling Yogi allowed members of the community to come do yoga with some cute kittens this morning at the Cat Lady Cafe.
The class was sold out and participants did some poses to wake up the body and stretch out all their muscles, while the cats gave moral support.
"So, this is a gentle yoga practice. We often have a lot of beginners, so I keep it simple with Hatha based alignment yoga. And we do a little bit of breath work. We just get some nice gentle stretches in. This was a morning class, so we just did some poses to wake up the body and stretch out all the muscles while petting cats and snuggling them," stated Owner of Traveling Yogi Melissa Gunter.
Outside of just being cute companions, all of the cats at Cat Lady Cafe are rescue cats, meaning they are available for adoption.
