SBPD Officers find a box of 15 cats in an alley, Tuesday morning

SBPD SOUTH BEND,Ind. -- Early Tuesday morning, South Bend police officers responded to a call, a woman walking her dog found a box of 15 cats in an alley on the city's southeast side. South Bend Animal Resource Center responded to help take the cats to safety.
