NILES, Mich. – Wonderland Cinema in Niles is set to reopen Tuesday after historic flooding ravaged the area in February.
The theater’s staff said in a Facebook post that a ribbon cutting is scheduled for 4 p.m. to celebrate repairs and rebuild.
There will be a tour of the updated facility after the ribbon cutting.
Wonderland says doors will be open to movie fans Wednesday.
The theater is set near Riverfront Park, next to the St. Joseph River which caused major damage inside the building during the historic flood.
