Elkhart man charged with multiple child sex crime felonies

Elkhart County Jail ELKHART, Ind. -- One man is facing four felony charges of Sexual Misconduct with a Minor.
24-year-old Jean Fernandez Caballero is due in court October 6.
The alleged crimes took place between October and November 2024. The victim claimed they met Caballero on social media. Material viewed by investigators allegedly ties Caballero to these accounts.
Investigators say medical evidence was collected that allegedly ties Caballero to the abuse.
