Public invited to Brain Awareness Fair at Notre Dame Saturday

Neuroscience and Behavior Program at Notre Dame

The Neuroscience and Behavior Program at Notre Dame will hold its annual Brain Awareness Fair on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Howard Park Event Center.

Organizers describe the event as an interactive science museum for the brain.

The fair aims to encourage people of all ages to learn more about their brain health in a fun, interactive way, organizers say.

Students, faculty, and staff will offer activity stations where you can learn about brain plasticity, how to fall asleep, how music helps with brain development, and more.

The fair is free to attend, and children will be given a Big Brain Book to put stickers in from each station like a passport.

Organizers say there will also be learning materials to take home if you'd like to.

You can learn more about the fair here.
