Weekly group bike ride with Rollout South Bend Thursday

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Rollout South Bend, a weekly group bike ride initiative by the South Bend Bike Garage, will gather at Howard Park at 6:15 p.m., Thursday.

Organizers invite riders of all ages, abilities, and with all types of bikes to join the free group ride.

They add there are multiple routes to choose from. When you arrive at Howard Park, you will check in with a group leader.

Groups and routes offered are subject to ride leader availability.

Organizers say you must sign a waiver once per year, wear a helmet, and they recommend you download the routes beforehand if possible.

They add aero bars on bikes are allowed, but you're asked to not ride in aero bars position.

If you can't make it Thursday evening, the rides are happening every Thursday in August.
