GRANGER, Ind.— Monday night’s storms brought wind and rain to Michiana—and stole one Granger man’s trampoline.
Jerry Lightner said he hosts a family dinner every Monday night at his home off of Ash Road between Douglas and Cleveland and August 10 was no exception.
When one of Lightner's guests went outside to let another guest know that dinner was almost ready, she unknowingly might have saved his life.
The man got up off of the trampoline just as the wind picked up and the whole trampoline blew away, which was all captured on Lightner's security camera.
Luckily, no one was hurt. Well, except for the trampoline.
