Tuesday morning crash sends one to hospital in Elkhart County

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- The Elkhart County Sheriff's Office reports deputies responded to a two-vehicle crash on C.R. 38 just east of C.R. 9 on Tuesday around 8:45 a.m.
The report states a 2016 Ford Explorer, driven by 22-year-old James Troyer of Goshen, was traveling east on C.R. 38.
Deputies say a 1993 Lincoln Towncar, driven by a 26-year-old Millersburg man, was traveling west on C.R. 38 when Troyer began to turn into a driveway on the north side of the road.
The report states that's when Troyer collided with the Lincoln.
Both drivers were wearing their seatbelts at the time.
No citations were given according to the report.
Troyer was uninjured while the 26-year-old man was taken to Goshen General Hospital for pain in his right leg.
