ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- The Elkhart County Sheriff's Office reports deputies responded to a single-vehicle crash at US 20 and Jefferson Parkway in Goshen around 3:58 a.m. Monday.

The report states a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado, driven by 60-year-old Timmy Brown of South Bend, was traveling east in the inside lane of US 20 when he made an unsafe lane movement.

Brown continued northeast into the westbound lanes of US 20 before going off-road into a ditch north of US 20.

Brown then continued east in the ditch before ramping off a driveway and back into a ditch, coming to a stop.

The Chevy sustained all over damage and Brown was taken to Goshen Hospital for complaints of back pain.

Brown was also cited for Unsafe Lane Movement.
