Highs return to the mid 80s today, with hot, dry conditions sticking around for most of this week. Thankfully we are not on record watch any of the upcoming days, but temperatures will be around ten to fifteen degrees above average through at least the beginning of the week. Highs return to the upper 70s in the middle of the week, still above average for the beginning of October. Abundantly sunny conditions expected, some clouds could pop up in the middle of the week, but Michiana stays dry, likely worsening drought conditions. Temperatures continue to drop into next weekend, with mild highs in the mid 70s and low rain chances

Tonight: Clear, cool. Low 56.
