KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. --- Warsaw Tigers got their revenge Friday after last year’s overtime thriller, beating the Plymouth Rockies 42-14.
The Tigers came out hot, leaving the Plymouth Rockies scoreless in the first half. The Rockies struggled with some penalties and missed cues, once they started to score in the second half, it was too late.
Warsaw Head Coach, Bart Curtis, says it was a good comeback after last week’s loss to Concord, and he saw much needed improvement.
"We took care of the ball pretty well tonight, seemed to sustain our blocks pretty well, threw the ball well, so overall really pleased with the outcome. But we need to do a better job every snap" says Curtis.
The 106th meetup of these two programs ended with another win for Warsaw.
Warsaw now moves on 4-2 this season and Plymouth Rockies are now 3-3.
