ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- A major Elkhart RV manufacturer has stepped up, going from making mobile homes to making an actual home.
Today THOR Industries teamed up with Habitat for Humanity to help with the construction of the new home for the Hazwood family in Elkhart.
Volunteers worked in shifts, right in the factory parking lot, to help put the interior and exterior walls together.
The home has three bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, and is over 1,100 square feet.
This is the fifth time THOR has helped make a family's dreams of owning a home come true.
