SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- It was a bittersweet night as the South Bend Cubs put cleats to dirt at Four Winds Field for the first time this season during the home opener against the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers. It was also the final home opener for long-time South Bend Minor League Baseball mascot, Swoop.
ABC57's Allison Hayes caught up with Swoop before the game to chat with them about all the emotions that come with the final home opener of their career.
