ORIGINAL STORY: The Indiana State Police reports a Statewide Silver Alert has been declared for 66-year-old Belinda Ellison, of Warsaw, Thursday morning.

Ellison is described as a white woman, 5 feet 4 inches tall, 125 pounds, brown hair with brown eyes.

She was last seen on Thursday at 2 a.m.

Ellison is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
