South Bend Police release possible surveillance photo of missing man

SOUTH BEND, Ind.—South Bend Police on Monday shared a possible surveillance photo of Garrett Gilpin, who has been missing since October 17.

The photo was captured on October 26 on S. Michigan Street, just south of downtown South Bend, police said.

Gilpin, 32, was last seen on October 17 in downtown South Bend.

Gilpin has blonde hair and blue eyes. He is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs 135 pounds.

Gilpin has tattoos on his right and left arms and on the back of his neck.
