ELKHART, Ind. – The Salvation Army of Elkhart is hosting its annual Christmas Gala on December 3 at the Crystal Ballroom inside the Lerner Theatre.

This year’s gala will be held in person for the first time since 2019.

The gala is part of The Salvation Army’s annual Christmas fundraising campaign, which funds the local community in a number of ways:

• Gives nearly $100,000 in financial assistance for people who have experienced loss of income
• Helps families in poverty through the Pathway of Hope program
• Provides food, gifts, and personal care baskets to over 2,000 people in need during the Christmas season
• Offers youth development opportunities for children in the community

Tickets are now on sale for the Roaring ‘20s-themed event.

The deadline to purchase is Thursday, November 18.
