Roseland Police Department swears in new chief

ROSELAND, Ind. -- Former Assistant Chief of the Roseland Police Department, Timothy Witham, was officially sworn in as the Chief of Police on Monday, June 17.
He takes over for departing chief Avery Minor who resigned the position in late May.
