RIGHT NOW: Manhunt underway in nearby Porter County for escapee

ABC 57 PORTER COUNTY, Ind. -- Police are searching for an escapee Tuesday afternoon near the Burns Harbor/Porter Exit 22.
The Indiana State Police report the man was last seen wearing dark pants and a black "Scarface" t-shirt.
He's described as a Hispanic man and was also last seen wearing shackles.
The suspect escaped from another agency, not ISP.
If you see this man, do not approach, call 911.
