Neighbors tell us their neighborhood is very active during the time of day with kids walking home from their bus stop. Neighbors gathered together trying to piece together what took place.
Those same neighbors tell us this is starting to happen more often in the community and following a weekend of violence involving minors, this shooting in broad daylight is too much for the community.
