Ribbon-cutting for NIBCO Park's roller rink Thursday

Elkhart Parks and Recreation and NIBCO Water and Ice Park ELKHART, Ind. -- Elkhart Parks and Recreation and NIBCO Water and Ice Park have announced they will offer outdoor roller skating starting on Thursday, June 20.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony will start at 4 p.m. at NIBCO Water and Ice Park.
There will be music, Kona Ice, concessions, and $1 skate night.
The park will offer roller blades and quad roller skate options and they carry kid sizes through adult.
You must be 16 or older with an ID to rent skates.
