Retired Starke County K9, Terror, has passed away

STARKE COUNTY, Ind. - Chief Deputy Jack Hudgens, of the Starke County Sheriff's Office, stated with great sadness, that retired Starke County K9, Terror, has passed away.

Terror had been partnered with Deputy Rob Olejniczak since 2014, and officially retired last year, being left in the care of his partner Rob.

Terror can be attributed with countless drug arrests.

Rob and Terror impacted the county’s drug problem for many years, and Terror had many criminal apprehensions.

Rob and Terror were actively involved in community events such as the 4H Fair and assisted in searches at schools.
