Pumpkin painting at Lydick Bog Sunday

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Families are invited to spend time at Lydick Bog Nature Preserve to paint pumpkins on Sunday from 3 to 4:30 p.m.

Bring your own pumpkins and organizers will provide the paint and brushes.

The event will have instruction provided by Programs Coordinator Mari Patis.

Participants are encouraged to get inspired by the fall scenery of Lydick Bog.

Attendees will meet under the pavilion.

Restrooms will be available, attendees are encouraged to bring their own water bottle, as there is no potable water.
