UPDATE: Suspect with five arrest warrants caught

LA PORTE, Ind. -- UPDATE: In just under eight hours, the La Porte Police Department says Mueller was taken into custody on his warrants by their afternoon shift patrol officers on Wednesday, July 3.

Police say they received information from another agency about the possible location of Mueller.

This information was relayed to their on duty patrol units who located him within 30 minutes later.

ORIGINAL STORY: The La Porte Police Department reports 38-year-old Dustin Mueller is currently wanted on five active arrest warrants.

The warrants include Possession of Methamphetamine and Resisting Law Enforcement.
