Police investigating missing South Bend man

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The South Bend Police Department is investigating the disappearance of 32-year-old Garrett Gilpin. He was last seen Saturday, October 17th in downtown South Bend.
Gilpin is a white male, described as 5 feet 7 inches, 135 pounds, blonde hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing blue jeans and white high-top shoes and has tattoos on his arms and the back of his neck.
