Michigan State troopers visit area schools for 'March is Reading Month'

PAW PAW, Mich. - State troopers with the Michigan State Police Paw Paw Post celebrated "March is Reading Month" by visiting area schools to promote reading and foster relationships with students.

During school visits, state troopers read books, interacted with students and shared inspiring stories about their careers.

They also provided students with important safety information, like how to make a proper 911 call.
