ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. -- Court documents from Elkhart Superior Court 3 reveal 49-year-old Adrian Mora Rocha entered a guilty plea agreement for one count of Child Molesting.

Mora Rocha's six other charges were dismissed, five of which were Child Molesting with the other being Sexual Misconduct with a Minor.

Mora Rocha was sentenced to 40 years, with 25 served in prison while 15 will be served suspended on probation.

He also received 510 days of jail credit.

Case documents state on Oct. 30, 2023, the Goshen Police Department received a report from a victim who said Mora Rocha had molested them several times when they were a child.

The victim said he began touching them inappropriately when they were around 5 years old.

The victim stated the molestation became worse over the years, with Mora Rocha committing sexual acts against them when they were around 8 or 9 years old.
