ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- The St. Joseph County Police Department report their warrants division, and the U.S. Marshals, arrested 41-year-old Stephen Fitzgerald in the 24900 block of Kenwood Avenue early Tuesday morning.

Fitzgerald was wanted for a State Parole Violation regarding his original charge of Sexual Misconduct with a Minor.

He was also wanted out of Lawrence County, Ind. for failing to register as a sex offender.

Fitzgerald was given no bail and is currently awaiting pickup in jail by an outside agency.
