NEW CARLISLE, Ind. -- New Carlisle's hometown days return for another year of fun Friday afternoon, as they hold several interactive events to get you and the family out and about. Hometown days run all weekend long, providing family fun, all while raising funds for several local community organizations.
ABC57 was able to catch up with Hometown Days president Dawn Krueger Turner, as they celebrate year 20 of the event.
Dawn telling us "So it was a bunch of business people, and we all got together, and we started with $25 and we have been very frugal, and, you know, making it grow and and we reach 20 years today."
The event continues tomorrow and Sunday at Memorial Park.
