South Bend, Ind. -- Spooky season does not come cheap.
The National Retail Federation says Americans are expected to spend $11.6 Billion dollars on Halloween this year.
That’s down from $12.2 Billion from last year as many find themselves cutting back still haunted from overspending in the past.
