Seabolt has now been sentenced to 55 years in prison, with 10 of those years suspended for probation.

Seabolt must also pay a $10,000 fine.

Seabolt is the second person sentenced in this case, with Stephonn Sutton sentenced in early September.

The third suspect, Sami Hussen, pleaded guilty to murder in September, but amended charging information was filed. No sentencing date has been scheduled.

Hussen's jury trial was set to begin Oct. 20.

In November 2024, the Elkhart Police Department responded to a shooting in the 700 block of Monroe Street in Elkhart.

Police arrived to find Fisher fatally wounded by a gunshot. Fisher was pronounced dead at the scene.
