Woman who crashed into a South Bend house pleads guilty

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A woman who drive her car into a South Bend home in April plead guilty to driving under the influence of marijuana.

According to police, Erika McCaffrey drove her car into a South Bend home in April, killing the woman who lived in the house.

The victim's family says the prosecutors told them two cars were involved and were drag racing when the crash happened.

As part of McCaffrey's plea deal, three alcohol related charges were dismissed.
