WIOE shares aerial video of Ligonier toxic train derailment

LIGONIER, Ind. -- From the sky, you can see just how widespread the problem is.
This video was shot on Tuesday by radio station WIOE.
You can see how big the train is as well as some of the smoke the fire has created.
Had this happened in a major city, many more people would have been moved out of harm's way.
