SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Public Radio 88.1 WVPE is inviting the community to listen in for a night of music and fun during its live taping of the Wild Rose Moon Radio Hour this Saturday.

The live taping will take place tomorrow Saturday March 1 at 7 p.m. at the Leighton Auditorium featuring a performance by blues rocker and acoustic blues solo artist Southside Denny as well as special guest Ole Harv of WVPE’s “Blues Review” and keyboardist Don Savoie.

“The Moon is proud to host Denny once more as our headliner for our on-the-road version of the radio hour,” says George Schricker, Founder & Executive Director of Wild Rose Moon. “To see an international artist like Denny come back time after time to perform for our Michiana audiences shows just how Marshall County is establishing itself in the global arts community.”

Tickets are unfortunately sold out but those wanting to listen and watch can tune into 88.1 WVPE Radio and WNIT Public Television where it will be recorded and played.

This morning ABC57's Jordan Hatfield got to speak with Southside Denny to get an insight into how music influences him and what guests and listeners can expect tomorrow night.
