FULTON COUNTY, Ind. -- The Fulton County Sheriff's Office reports deputies responded to a two-vehicle crash in the 7000 block of S.R. 25 around 10:20 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 9.
The initial investigation determined a 2016 Toyota Tacoma, driven by 44-year-old Gordon Heeter of West Lafayette, Ind., was traveling north on S.R. 25, while a 2004 Dodge Grand Caravan, driven by 59-year-old James Rush of Logansport, Ind., was traveling north on S.R. 25 behind Heeter.

Rush refused medical attention at the scene.
The report states both drivers had seatbelts on at the time of the crash.
Authorities say speed is believed to be a factor in the crash.
Drugs and Alcohol are not believed to be a factor.
