Two-vehicle crash leaves 89-year-old woman dead Wednesday morning

LAKE TOWNSHIP, Mich. -- The Baroda-Lake Township Police Department reports officers responded to the 11000 block of Red Arrow Highway in Lake Township around 9:11 a.m., Wednesday, for a two-vehicle crash.
Upon arrival, officers found one of the vehicles had rolled over.
Officers then located an 89-year-old Lake Township woman, identified as one of the drivers.
She was unresponsive and was treated on scene before being taken to the hospital where she was later pronounced dead.
The 59-year-old driver of the other vehicle, along with one of their passengers, was also taken to the hospital for evaluation and treatment.
Another passenger in the second vehicle was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
The Berrien County Sheriff's Office is also conducting a crash reconstruction as part of the investigation.
