The Red Rock Inn's new deadline is May 1, 2026.

The building commissioner restated that the Red Rock Inn property is unsafe, due to the fire hazards, insects found, and other complaints.

The terms include fully securing all portions of the Red Rock Inn except the restaurant and preventing anyone from accessing it without a permit, obtaining an approved demolition permit for those areas, backfilling the site with approved buildable soil to grade matching the surrounding area, and providing a $500,000 performance bond within 30 days of the order modification.
