The calm before an icy storm
A warm-up starts today with clearing skies. Still chilly today, highs just below average. Breezy conditions, with gusts up to 30 mph fighting against the sunny conditions and bringing us a feels like temperature closer to the upper 30s. Though most of Michiana experienced some low-level clouds that prevented us from seeing the Northern Lights last night, clearing skies through the day should allow us to see a hopefully better and stronger Light show tonight. Tomorrow brings less of a breeze and highs just above average, creeping into the low 50s across Michiana, with highs closer to 60 degrees on Friday. Clouds gather closer to the weekend, with light rain chances going into Saturday night. These rain chances pushed by a cold front that will be dropping our temperatures back to closer to average next week, with low rain chances through most of the week.
Today: Clearing skies, breezy. High 46.
Tonight: Clear skies, cold. Low 34.
Thursday: Mostly sunny, warming. High 50.
Friday: Some clouds, warming. High 57.
