ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. - Soup season is approaching across Michiana, and what better way to celebrate than with a chili cook-off?!
The 25th Annual American Culinary Federation Michiana Chili Cook-Off will be held on Sunday from noon to 4 p.m. at Central Park in Mishawaka. Those in attendance will get a chance to sample one of the many recipes and then vote for their favorite.
One of the chefs competing, Assistant Professor of Culinary Arts at Ivy Tech Community College, Chef Brent, stopped by the ABC57 studio Friday morning to give our crew a taste of what to expect.
