GOSHEN, Ind. -- ABC57's Sidney Moore was in Goshen with how officials at the 4H Fair plan to handle the huge crowds when potentially dangerous weather arrives.
The 4H Fair has a partnership with the National Weather Service, and they have someone on scene every day at the fair to monitor the weather and provide updates when inclement, potentially dangerous weather is in the area.
